Here's the story. Five years ago we got into the paint meter business (coating thickness gauges) by accident. I was buying cars in the snow and sleet in Michigan and realized that I needed a paint thickness gauge to see if the cars had been repainted. I looked at all the gauges on the market and was shocked at the prices. A basic "Orange" gauge was $700. I looked some more and found a German Company that offered a better gauge for less money...but it was still way too much money. Then...
